Movie on the Lawn

One of the things Pete and I wanted to do when we returned to the Fort, was to take advantage of our family, our friends and our yard. We decided an outdoor movie screen/projector would be one way to do this. Pete spend a good deal of time researching and finding the perfect set up.

September and "Sparkles"

We found a butterfly cocoon and kept it in a jar in the house so the children could watch it change. One day Pete and the kids took it outside and watched the miracle of a butterfly emerge. Taylor and Blake, decided to name it Sparkles and will say hi to 'Sparkles" every time a Morpho butterfly flies through our yard.
