Park with Daddy

Pete takes the kids to a park near our house, almost everyday. They swing and go down the slides, and very often, have a donut. Today he took them to a park down in Estero and they had such a good time. Pete said when they left Taylor said "new new park nice". I can not get over how much joy those two little munchkins bring us!  I am also, beyond thankful that the Lord has allowed Pete to be home with them during this time, he is such an amazing daddy. On the way home from the park they stopped at Walmart and Pete bought both kids some new shoes, Tay got some black high heels and Blake, camouflage boots. :)

Daddy's home!

Tay and Blake were so excited to see Pete when he got home from Ligoniers. Blake kept trying to get out of the pool so he could see Pete and Taylor gave him a big hug. Later in between giving him hugs and kisses Taylor said "Tay Tay miss Daddy". It was absolutely adorable.

Sanibel Causeway

This afternoon, John and Laura were kind enough to let us tag along on their trip to Sanibel. Taylor and Blake loved playing in the water and the sand. God's creation is so amazing and beautiful.

Gee

Gee came up to watch the babies while Pete went to Ligoniers. They had so much fun playing outside, taking walks, and being together. Mom and I planned to watch a movie both nights that she was here, but we were both so exhausted, we went to bed by 9:00 instead. Thank you so much Gee!

Mommy's big helper

Taylor Grace loves to help me bake in the kitchen. She pulls a chair over to the counter and helps measure, stir, and her favorite part, taste! She helped make Blake's birthday cake and birthday pancakes.

Napel's Zoo

We took a little family outing to the zoo a couple of weekends ago. It was a wonderful day, a little overcast, so it wasn't too hot and we had such a great time being together and seeing the animals.

We heard what we thought was an elephant from the other side of the exhibit. When we went to check it out we discovered it was this lion roaring, amazing!
