September and "Sparkles"

We found a butterfly cocoon and kept it in a jar in the house so the children could watch it change. One day Pete and the kids took it outside and watched the miracle of a butterfly emerge. Taylor and Blake, decided to name it Sparkles and will say hi to 'Sparkles" every time a Morpho butterfly flies through our yard.

Grace's 35th birtday

Pete planned a wonderful birthday for me complete with decorations, an amazing dinner, homemade german chocolate cake, gifts and friends (our sweet friends Billy and Jessica celebrated with us). I cannot say enough how incredible blessed I am to have this thoughtful, kind, generous, loving man as my husband. He constantly makes me feel special and loved.
