Pete's first birthday as a dad was very calm. We celebrated the weekend before with his family in Homestead over a crab and shrimp dinner. On his actual 34th birthday we met some friends at our local Irish restaurant for some appetizers. One of my friends from school graciously volunteered to stay with Taylor while we went out. Unfortunately, Taylor had a melt down and was quite miserable while we were gone. Thankfully, a bath and some dinner calmed her down and Pete and I got to spend the rest of the night together at home. I am beyond blessed to be married to this wonderful man and I pray the Lord will bless him this upcoming year!
