Last week, all of a sudden, Tay has decided that she would rather walk than crawl. She has been taking a step here and there for a couple of weeks but last Tuesday her legs and mind started working together and she started taking actual steps. You can watch her determined spirit as she falls and stands right back up, often accompanied by a growl of dissatisfaction. It is so much fun watching her wobble back and forth and being amazed that she is able to keep her balance with all of the wobbling. I am completely shocked at how much fun and excitement we feel at every single stage of her development. Right around the same time that she started to walk she has put her first two words together. "Hi Daddy" is clear as a bell and can be heard around our house all through the day. What a joy and blessing this little girl is to me and Pete!
