Dinner and beer brewing with the Houghtons

On Sunday night we went over to the Houghton's for dinner and a little beer brewing 101. We spent about four hours on the porch talking, laughing, and brewing beer. Paula made an incredible 1904 salad and Mahlan grilled salmon and portabella mushrooms. All the food was absolutely outstanding and the company was even better. After dinner,and the transferring of the beer to the carboy, we had tea and key lime pie. To end the evening, we watched a home movie of Billy perform a dinosaur dance in his second grade Edison Park dance recital. It was absolutely hilarious.
